As Singaporean kids, we have been brought up with P.E. curriculum throughout school. Exercising is known to have much benefits - Healthy Living; building stamina and attention, keeping us in shape, at bay from obesity and more.

With further extension, focusing on the benefits could include - 1) Personal Effectiveness and 2) People Efficacy - these could be incorporated (in mind) with the exercises that are inculcated.
